99 Problems!
IDD PhD Student Ron Morgan with "99 Problems" T Shirt Have you seen University of South Alabama Instructional Design & Development students, faculty, and alumni wearing a "99 Problems" t shirt? The t shirts are a celebration of the outstanding job the IDD family has done recently in presenting their research at top-tier scholarly conferences and getting their work published in books, journals, and conference proceedings. For example, 16 IDD grad students presented their research at the 2013 Society for Information Technology in Teacher Education (SITE) conference in New Orleans - we believe that is the largest contingent from any instructional design program in the country to present at that conference! If you are looking for a great Instructional Design graduate program (MS or PhD) that emphasizes scholarship and has a track record of success, then South Alabama is for you!
DID YOU KNOW:
You can begin work on a Ph.D. in Instructional Design & Development immediately after finishing your undergraduate degree, you do not need a Master's degree. Despite the current economic conditions, Instructional Designers remain in high demand in all sectors of the economy - business, industry, K-12 schools, higher education, and local, state, and federal government. A graduate degree from the University of South Alabama is a tremendous value compared to other universities in the region. In addition, assistantships and other forms of financial aid are available to qualified students.
